Your new house or property extension is far from ready once the structure is up. Even when your contractor promises a thorough clean up, they’re usually not skilled and equipped enough to guarantee that the site is completely hazard-free for its owners.
This is where we come in. Cleaning sites after the construction is over is our specialty. The need for this service arises for many reasons, primary among them being the need for a higher standard of safety and sanitation. The bigger the site, the more complex the post construction cleaning is.
The good news is that we’re experienced and equipped in handling projects from small bathroom renovations to large constructions.
The caution and thoroughness with which we handle every clean up sets us apart from other cleaning companies. This is possible because of the wide array of equipment and products we use, as well as the precision with which our team handle them. When you leave your site to us, you’ll have zero regrets and 100% satisfaction.
Cleaning After Construction
Large construction sites of commercial properties are usually the ones that require power washing. The mud and dust build-up on walls and floors poses problems for people’s safety, and can be some of the most stubborn muck to get rid of. Our power-washing machines are top of the line and can get the job done in a jiffy.
They’ll also get most of the dirt out of the way and make dusting much easier, since it’s less likely to get suspended in the air again. Smaller sites like house extensions and property renovations may or may not need such powerful tools, but we have solutions for all sorts of clean up problems.
Sites within homes or businesses require more delicate methods, especially since our team will likely be dealing with light fixtures and appliances. Existing walls with decor also need dusting down using the right tools to prevent damage.
Our assortment of machines and equipment can accomplish these intricate jobs, especially in the hands of our highly skilled cleaners. We’ll ensure that the rest of your property won’t show signs that there was any construction nearby in the first place.
Another benefit of working with us is that we deliver our services on time. The schedule we agree will always be honoured, and you can expect your site to be prepped for decorating and ready for occupancy in no time.
Let Us Clean for You
All the cleaners we send to your property are fully insured. They also continually undergo training to ensure that they’re adept at using every tool and machine at their disposal.
Allowing our team of expert cleaners to tidy up your construction site lets you enjoy better results for better prices.
